The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is the major statistical agency responsible in collecting, compiling, classifying, producing, publishing, and disseminating general-purpose statistics as provided for in Commonwealth Act No. 591. NSO has extensive information and statistics about the Philippines.

The Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation (SBGFC) supports the development of small enterprises by promoting various modes of financing and credit delivery system.
The SBGFC has various programs for assistance to SMEs, among which are:
