SUPPLEMENTAL / BID BULLETIN No. 2019-0202-01

 

To all Prospective Bidders:

 

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents for the  “SECURITY SERVICES FOR CITEM OFFICE AND ITS TRADE FAIR EVENTS”.

This shall also form part of the Bid documents of the following requirements:

ADDENDUM
1)  The Certificate of Compliance (COC) on General Labor Standards and COC on Occupational and Health Standard from DOLE is REMOVED. It shall no longer be required for the post-qualification of this requirement.
2)   Disregard pages 86 – 104 (ADB Funded Projects) of the Philippine Bidding Document.
3)   The Certificate of No Arrears / Deliquency of Monthly Payments for Both Employer and Employees to be submitted shall be as of December 2018.
	CLARIFICATORY
	Section II. Instruction to Bidders, Clause 20. Sealing and Marking of Bids	Submitted documents need not be Originals or Certified True Copies. The submission of copies is recognized as satisfactory compliance with the requirements.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
