This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents.

	3.1 CONTENT WRITING AND PRODUCTION 3.1.2 Create and produce content in the following media formats: Short Videos with duration of at least 1 minute for the Premium 7 and Rising Stars or a total of 2 minutes (minimum), and 8 Info-Boards to be used in the IFEX PH Show.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
