The Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents.

This shall form part as amendment of the Bid documents:

Period of Engagement  (Item 5.0 of the Terms of Reference)	·         The Culinary Curator shall commence his/her engagement immediately after the bidding process is completed, but should not be later than 30 April 2019, until 30 days after the event.	·         The Culinary Curator shall commence his/her engagement immediately after the contract is awarded to the winning bidder, until 30 days after the event.

 

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
