This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents of the HIRING OF THE OFFICIAL BOOTH AND VENUE ENHANCEMENT CONTRACTOR FOR MANILA FAME – APRIL 2019.

CLARIFICATORY

A valid PhilGEPS Platinum Membership with attached Annex A maybe submitted in lieu of the following documents: ·         PhilGEPS Registration Number ·         Mayor’s Permit ·         Tax Clearance ·         Audited Financial Statement **In case any of these documents are already expired, an updated copy shall be submitted

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
