IV. Requirements: Production Outfit

1.     Technical Requirement for CREATE Lab (25-27 April 2019; 9AM-7PM)

§  Audio-visual system and sound system for CREATE Lab good for 3 days (25-27 April 2019) to be used for movie screening, music playing, and seminar / talks;

§  Technician space with onsite technician from 8:30AM – 7:00PM;

§  Other requirements that may be required by CITEM.

2.     Technical Requirements for Manila FAME Lobby Entertainment (25-27 April 2019; 9AM-7PM) & Opening Ceremony (25 April 2019; 10AM)

§  DJ Artists to play live music continuously to set the mood of the event*;

§  DJ performance table;

§  Voiceover talent for announcements;

§  Appropriate lights and sounds (with microphone) and other technical requirements on the date specified;

§  Technician space with onsite technician;

§  Platform standee for the guest speakers during Opening Ceremony;

§  Gen set and fuel charge (if deemed necessary)

3.     Technical Requirements for Networking Reception (25 April 2019; 4PM-7PM)

§  DJ Artist to play live music continuously all throughout the event*;

§  Voiceover talent for announcements;

§  DJ performance table;

§  Appropriate lights and sounds and other technical requirements on the date specified;

§  Technician space with onsite technician;

§  Gen set and fuel charge (if deemed necessary);

SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES:

A.    Pre-Event & Ingress:

§  Submit design floorplan of the proposed location of the sound and lighting system, technical booth, and DJ table;

§  Draft spiels as identified by the Project Team for approval of CITEM;

§  Ingress of equipment for the Networking Cocktail must be done 7:00PM of 25 April 2019.  Ingress of equipment for CREATE Lab, Manila FAME Lobby Entertainment & Opening Ceremony must be done 4:00PM of 24 April 2019 unless told by CITEM otherwise.

B.    Event Proper:

§  Physical Requirements

o    Provide DJ table and technician table;

o    Other physical requirement that may be required by CITEM.

§  Lights and Sounds and other Technical requirements

o    Provide lights and sounds enough to light the event, with audible and clear-quality sound system and coverage system;

o    Other equipment/services that may be required by CITEM;

o    Technician must be present all throughout the event.

§  Performers

o    Provide professional fee and other miscellaneous fees of the DJ performer approved by CITEM;

o    Provide professional fee and other miscellaneous fees of the hired voiceover talent;

o    Ensure delivery of service of the DJ performer and voiceover talent.

C.    Post Event / Egress:

§  Egress of equipment for the Networking Cocktail must be done 7:00PM of 26 April 2019.  Egress of equipment for CREATE Lab and Manila FAME Lobby Entertainment & Opening Ceremony must be done 7:00PM of 27 April 2019 as soon as Manila FAME closes unless stated otherwise.

VI. Qualification Requirements and Selection Process

Only those who receive a passing score of 85 shall proceed to the opening of financial bid. The lowest calculated and most responsive bidder shall be declared the winner of the contract, subject to post-qualification, if required.

IV. Event Requirements: Production Outfit

1.     Technical Requirement for CREATE Lab (25-27 April 2019; 9AM-7PM)

§  Audio-visual system (screen and projector) with a dimension not less than a 6m x 3m dimension for 3 days (25-27 April 2019) to be used for movie screening, music playing, and seminars / talks;

§  Complete sound system (with microphone) for 3 days (25-27 April 2019) to be used for movie screening, music playing, and seminar / talks;

§  Technician space with onsite technician from 8:30AM – 7:00PM;

§  Gen set and fuel charge (if deemed necessary).

2.     Technical Requirements for Manila FAME Lobby Entertainment (25-27 April 2019; 9AM-7PM)

§  DJ Artist to play live music continuously to set the mood of the event for 3 days (25-27 April 2019) from 9:00AM – 7:00PM;

§  Gen set and fuel charge (if deemed necessary).

3.     Manila FAME Opening Ceremony (25 April 2019; 10AM)

§  Voiceover talent for introduction of guest speakers and other announcements;

§  Floor Director to manage the flow of the event;

§  Appropriate lights provision, complete sound system (with microphone), and other technical requirements;

§  Technician space with onsite technician;

§  Platform stage with a 4m x 8m dimension and 0.2m height;

§  Podium for guest speakers;

§  Gen set and fuel charge (if deemed necessary).

4.     Technical Requirements for Networking Reception (25 April 2019; 4PM-7PM)

§  DJ Artist to play live music continuously all throughout the event;

§  Tribal percussionist group to officially start the event;

§  Voiceover talent for announcements;

§  DJ performance table;

§  Appropriate lights provision, sound system, and other technical requirements on the date specified;

§  Technician space with onsite technician;

§  Gen set and fuel charge (if deemed necessary)

V. Specific Deliverables
