To all Prospective Bidders:

 

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents of the CATERER FOR MANILA FAME – APRIL 2019 BUYERS’ LOUNGE.

CLARIFICATION AND AMENDMENT

1. Certification of World Trade Center as an Accredited Service Provider was REMOVED from the Eligibility Requirements (1st Envelope).

2. Caterers that are not accredited by the World Trade Center shall shoulder the 30% Corkage fee plus 12% VAT, a total of 42% of the contract price.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
