This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents of the HIRING OF THE OFFICIAL BOOTH AND VENUE ENHANCEMENT CONTRACTOR FOR MANILA FAME – APRIL 2019.

ADDENDUM
Certification of World Trade Center as an Accredited Service Provider was REMOVED from Clause 32.4 (other contract documents) of Section III – Bid Data Sheet. Bidders are instead required to submit the *Certification of World Trade Center as an Accredited Service Provider* as part of the Technical Documents of the Eligibility and Technical Component.
CLARIFICATORY
Section VII. Technical Specifications	*Each page* of the Section VII. Technical Specifications *must be signed by the authorized representative*.
Section II. Instruction to Bidders, Clause 12. Eligibility and Technical Components	Bidders who opted to submit the Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) must have an attached Latest Audited Financial Statement submitted to the BIR to support the computation.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
