HIRING OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE CONDUCT OF COMPETENCY MODELING, PROFILING AND ASSESSMENT

 

To all Prospective Bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents.

As discussed during the Pre-Bid Conference on 14 March 2019, this shall form part of the Bid documents:

1.     Certificate of Employment with Job Description / Scope of Work in the field of human resource management and development or related-field;

2.     Certificates of Project Completion and/or Reference Letters undertaking similar project with national government agencies and GOCCs alike, may be individual or in a team;

3.     Master’s Degree Diploma in Human Resources or related-field;

4.     Certificates of Completion of Trainings or Certificate Programs on Competency Modeling, Profiling, and Assessment;

5.     Comprehensive Project Proposal; and

6.     Certification stating its capacity to deliver outputs within the agreed engagement period, declaring expertise and competencies in completing the project.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
