This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents.

 

As discussed during the Pre-Bid Conference on 31 January 2019, this shall form part of the Bid documents:

Eligibility Documents

Eligibility Documents (1st Envelope)

  1. Mayor’s Permit for the current year or for individuals, BIR Certificate of Registration
  2. Professional License / Curriculum Vitae (for individuals)
  3. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)

PhilGEPS Certificate of Platinum Membership may be submitted in lieu of Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number.

 

  1. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement with Secretary Certificate for corporation or Special Power of Attorney for single proprietorship, if necessary.

ii. Junior Designer for Fashion Products – 15 Companies

1.    To conduct product development to approximately 90 companies participating in Manila FAME April 2019:

a. HOME and FASHION

i. Home – 25 Companies

ii. Fashion – 10 Companies

b. ARTISAN VILLAGE

i. Senior Designer for Home Products – 25 Companies

ii. Junior Designer for Fashion Products – 15 Companies

Scope of Work

PRODUCT DESIGNER FOR HOME AND FASHION

I. Product Development/Selection Program

2.    Oversee the product development program of Manila FAME companies for Manila FAME April 2019. Minimum of 6 new products. Total Number of companies and required Product Designers, below:

a.     1 Product Designer for Product Development for the Home Sector – 35 companies

b.    1 Product Designer for Product Development for the Fashion Sector – 10 companies/designers.

PRODUCT DESIGNER FOR HOME AND FASHION

I. Product Development/Selection Program

2.    Oversee the product development program of Manila FAME companies for Manila FAME April 2019. Minimum of 6 new products. Total Number of companies and required Product Designers, below:

a.     1 Product Designer for Product Development for the Home Sector – 25 companies

b.    1 Product Designer for Product Development for the Fashion Sector – 10 companies/designers.
 

PRODUCT DESIGNERS FOR ARTISAN VILLAGE

I. Product Development/Selection Program

2.    Oversee the product development program of Manila FAME Artisan Village companies for Manila FAME April 2019. Minimum of 6 new products. Total Number of companies and required Product Designers, below:

a.     1 Senior Product Designer for Home Product enhancement for Artisan Village that are adept in dealing with communities and their products – 30 companies

b.    1 Junior Product Designer for Fashion Product enhancement for Artisan Village that are adept in dealing with communities and their products – 15 companies

PRODUCT DESIGNERS FOR ARTISAN VILLAGE

I. Product Development/Selection Program

2.      Oversee the product development program of Manila FAME Artisan Village companies for Manila FAME April 2019. Minimum of 6 new products. Total Number of companies and required Product Designers, below:

a.    1 Senior Product Designer for Home Product enhancement for Artisan Village that are adept in dealing with communities and their products – 25 companies

b.    1 Junior Product Designer for Fashion Product enhancement for Artisan Village that are adept in dealing with communities and their products – 15 companies

 

ADDENDUM:

 

Bidders are allowed to bid only in one of the four (4) requirements specified above.

 

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

 

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
