 To all Prospective Bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents of the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, DISMANTLING, AND HAULING OF 6 UNITS ARTISANS VILLAGE AT WORLD TRADE CENTER. As discussed and agreed during the pre-bidding conference by the end-user, these are the clarifications and documents to be submitted for the QUALITATIVE EVALUATION:

  • Company Profile
  • Years of Business
  • List of Projects with actual pictures of the same line of construction
  • List of Manpower
  • List of tools and equipment
  • List of warehouses with actual pictures and total sq.m.

Qualitative Rating Sheet is provided to set parameters for the said conduct of evaluation. Deadline of submission for the above-mentioned documents is on 25 September 2018 not later than 2:00 in the afternoon.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
