To all Prospective Bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents of the HIRING OF OFFICIAL BOOTH AND VENUE ENHANCEMENT CONTRACTOR FOR MANILA FAME OCTOBER 2018. As discussed and agreed during the pre-bidding conference by BAC and end-user, these are the clarifications and documents to be submitted on top of the required Legal, Technical, and Financial documents as stated in the Request for Quotation with Solicitation No.: CITEM-2018-0184:

  • Company Profile
  • List of Manpower
  • List of Free of Amenities per Annex D of the Terms of Reference
  • Letter of Conformity to Timeline
  • Compliance Letter (complying with booth design issued by CITEM -EDD)

Qualitative and pre-selection process as indicated in Item 7 of the Terms of Reference shall no longer be conducted.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
