To all Prospective Bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents of the HIRING OF MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR MANILA FAME OCTOBER 2018 AND CREATE PH 2018 (01 SEPTEMBER 2018 – 30 NOVEMBER 2018).

PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT

The service provider firm shall be contracted from 1 September 2018 to 30 November 2018. The firm is expected to deliver the approved live version of the Mobile App not later than 30 August 2018 for CREATE Philippines and not later than 30 September 2018 for Manila FAME. All necessary changes requested by the Project Teams before the events shall be accommodated by the contracted firm.

The service provider firm shall be contracted from 1 September 2018 to 30 November 2018. The firm is expected to deliver the approved live version of the Mobile App not later than 14 September 2018 for CREATE Philippines and not later than 05 October 2018 for Manila FAME. Mobile Apps must be published on the Apple Store and Google Play immediately thereafter. All necessary changes requested by the Project Teams before the events shall be accommodated by the contracted firm.
     

PAYMENT TERMS

The contracted firm, which will be engaged as soon as awarded, shall be compensated with One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php150,000), inclusive of all applicable taxes, per event.

For both Manila FAME and CREATE Philippines Mobile Apps, the amount to be paid to the contracted firm is not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php300,000) in total.

Payment shall be processed based on the following terms for each event:

  • 30% upon presentation of live version and approval by the Project Team
  • 50% once App is published on Apple Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) and available for download
  • 20% within 30 days after the event.

The contracted firm, which will be engaged as soon as awarded, shall be compensated with One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php150,000) -- inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees for publishing in the Apple Store and Google Play -- per event.

For both Manila FAME and CREATE Philippines Mobile Apps, the amount to be paid to the contracted firm is not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php300,000) in total.

Payment shall be processed based on the following terms for each event:

 

CREATE Philippines 2018
  • 50% once the approved live version is published in Apple Store and Google Play (on or before 15 September 2018)
  • 50% within 30 days after the end of the engagement period (1-30 December 2018)

Manila FAME October 2018
  • 50% once the approved live version is published in Apple Store and Google Play (on or before 5 October 2018)
  • 50% within 30 days after the end of the engagement period (1-30 December 2018)

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
