This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents.

The Approved Budget remains PHP988,000.00 / US$ 19,000.00 as indicated in the Solicitation No.: CITEM 2018-0112 (Request for Quotation) which was inadvertently indicated as PHP360,000.00 in Supplemental / Bid Bulletin No. 2018-06-10.

This shall also form part of the Bid documents:
