This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents.

Submission of Prototype based on the following requirements:

  1. (1) Capelet and (1) Women Cigarette Pants
  2. (1) Barong (black) and (1) Men’s Pants

*The supplier will submit prototype for Barong & Capelet using the black woven fabric as accent/combination. Design according to the recommendation of the suppliers.

Submission of Qualitative Evaluation results

* Only those who scored 80% passing rate will proceed to financial bidding.

02 May 2018

Opening and submission of the eligibility documents for those who passed the qualitative evaluation.

*Re-scheduled from 24 April 2018 to 03 May 2018

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
