This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form part of the Bid documents:

C. Evaluation group for this procurement project shall be as follows:

For FGDs

  • Two rooms will be utilized, one room being the interview room while the other, the viewing room for Client. A closed-circuit system will be utilized i.e., a video camera on a fixed tripod will be placed in the interview room and will be connected to a TV monitor in the viewing room. All groups will be held at an FGD facility in Makati City

  2. Has a full market research and strategic consultancy experience, stastical analaysis/big data analysis, consumer insights, quantitative and qualitative projects, a significant amount of which are qualitative studies.
  3. Must have experience working with the Philippines’ Top 1,000 Corporations and some global Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging local SMEs as clients.

  1. Must have at least 10 years of experience as a market research company and end-to-end research business including strategic marketing and branding research
  2. Has a full market research and strategic consultancy experience, stastical analaysis/big data analysis, consumer insights, quantitative and qualitative projects, a significant amount of which are qualitative studies.
  3. Must have experience working with any  combination of clients from the three categories: (i) Philippines’ Top 1,000 Corporations, (ii) Global Fortune 500 Companies and (iii) emerging local SMEs
