Hiring of a Company/Service Provider to Digitize CITEM’s Promotional Materials from 1983-2016

To all Prospective bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form part of the Bid documents:

  1. Total number of materials to be scanned – 692 materials.The prospective bidders are requested to quote price of 1 page per size as there might be additional materials to come as we are in the process of scanning.
  1. Commission on Audit’s advice is to pay after completion of work in January
  1. Images to be in 300 dpi PDF color
  1. DMS – Submit proposal for 1 pc.
  1. Additional requirement: Provision for CITEM to be able to add additional materials in the DMS software once submitted to CITEM.
  1. The schedule for Opening of Bids on 18 October 2016, Tuesday, 03:00pm was postponed. The new schedule for Opening of Bids will be on 25 October 2016, Tuesday, 03:00pm.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
