Customization of 2,000 sets USB Card (4 GB) for Manila FAME October 2016 and IFEX Philippines 2017

To all Prospective bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form part of the Bid documents:

 

1. The requirement is 2000 pcs. of customized USB with an ABC of PHP500,000.00

 

2. The required USBs shall cover 2 signature events (Manila FAME October 2016 and IFEX 2017)

 

3. The Procuring Entity (PE) shall determine the number of USBs required for each project

 

4. Design of USBs shall vary per project basis

 

5. CITEM shall conduct Qualitative Rating based on the attached Qualitative Evaluation rating sheet

 

6. CITEM requires the prospective bidders USB prototype sampling (actual sampling) based on the

   design to be provided by CITEM, which shall be submitted no later than September 02, 2016,

   12noon

 

7. Opening of Bids shall be on the same time and date stated in the Invitation to Bid issued

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
