Supply and Installation of 6 (six) Ceiling Cassette Type Aircon Units Re: CAPEX 2016

To all Prospective bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form part of the Bid documents:

  1. Delivery date of 15 September 2016 would mean: “Delivery of units and all other materials”.
  1. Painting of all parts with black color would mean: “External p[arts only of the units”.
  1. Independent 4-way vane control would mean: “Single vane control for all sides through remote control”.
  1. Braces shall be rectangular metal tubing to look similar with existing wooden trusses.
  1. Contractor is required to prepare and submit its own “Certificate of Site Inspection” to end-user upon ocular inspection of project site.
  1. Testing/Commissioning and turn-over of all units shall be on or before, 20 September 2016.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
