To all Prospective bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form part of the Bid documents:

   -Can print up to the edge of the Smart chip contacts

Add these specifications:

   -application software for printing IDs

   -Additional 2 sets of Dye-sublimation Ink Ribbons

   -200 pcs PVC ID card
Smart Card Reader

Remove these specifications:

   -Protocol: ISO/IEC 14443A    

   -Operating Frequency: 13.56Mhz

   -Reading Distance: up to 40mm (depending with tag)

   -Sensing Distance: up to 60mm (depending with tag )

   -Host Communication Interface: USB (USB to UART Bridge 115200 bps

Replace with these specifications:

   -Plug & Play / keyboard wedge capability

Remove from specification the “Left one with window debug”

From 0.92 megapixels to Built-in camera

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
