This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that due to lack of quorum of the members of the Bids and Awards Committee last 23 June 2016, the schedule bidding specified above is hereby RESET.

Items not mentioned above remains the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
