To all Prospective bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form part of the Bid documents:

An intensive training for the use of the adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise should be incorporated in the bid.

Training in the applications inherent in the Adobe Creative Cloud are listed herein in the order of priority and bidders should incorporate the top three in their financial offer.

1.     Acrobat XI Pro (Create, edit and sign PDF documents and forms

2.     Illustrator CC (Vector graphics and illustration)

3.     Photoshop CC (Image editing and compositing)

4.     InDesign CC (Page design, Layout and Publishing)

5.     Lightroom (Digital photo processing and editing)

6.     Photoshop Touch (Image editing and compositing)

7.     Premiere Pro CC (Video production and editing)

8.     After effects CC (Cinematic visual effects and motion graphics)

9.     Audition (Audio recording, mixing and restoration)

        10.   Behance (Showcase and discover creative work)

Training seats should be made available to at least 20 persons on a scheduled basis.
