To all Prospective bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form part of the Bid documents:

1. LOT 1 - Design Philippines Setting (rental)

            a. From Par 64 Halogen Spotlights with black case - 17 Sets to 

                Par 64 stage lights with black case - 17 Units.

            b. From 3 watts LED RGB Spotlights with black case - 6 sets to

                3 Watt LED RGB pars with black case - 6 Units.

            c. From 6 meter metal battens painted black - 6 pcs to 6 meter

              BI Pipe painted black - 6 PCS.

         

2. LOT 2 - The Foyer  (rental)

            a. From Par 64 Halogen Spotlights with black case - 4 Sets to

                Par 64 stage lights with black case - 4 Units.

            b. From 3 watts LED RGB Spotlights with black case - 4 sets to

                3 Watt LED RGB pars with black case - 4 Units.

            c. From 6 meter metal battens painted black - 1 pc to 6 meter

                BI Pipe painted black - 1 PC.

3. LOT 3 - Manila Wear Setting  (rental)

            a. From 3 watt LED RGB Spotlight with black case - 20 sets to 3

                Watt LED RGB pars with black case - 20 Units.

            b. Aluminum Truss Structure

                1. From 12" Vertical Aluminum Truss  - 1 LOT to 12" Vertical  

                    Aluminum Truss (5.00m Height) - 6 Units

                 2.From 12" Vertical Aluminum Truss  - 1 LOT to 12"

                    Horizontal Aluminum Truss (see details for breakdown) –
