This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents.

In order for the Procuring Entity to give reasonable time to appropriately review, adjust, and/or clarify the terms and conditions of the requirements, the following are hereby adjusted and shall form part of the Bid documents:
