The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

 

PURCHASE OF 2 PAX ROUNDTRIP PLANE TICKET

(MANILA-DUBAI-MANILA) FOR

GULFOOD 2018

 

Approved Budget: PHP 150,000.00

 

Quotations may be submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor.

Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Pesos (PHP200.00).

 

Deadline for submission of quotation, together with the following documents as required under the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184, is on 01 February 2018 at 11:00am:

• Mayor’s Permit for 2018
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement
