NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT

In view of the pre-scheduled “ISO 9001:2015 Appreciation Seminar on 30-31 March 2017 at the New World Hotel to be attended by all of the CITEM BAC Members (see attached), the scheduled Opening of Bids and Pre-Biddings on 30 March 2017, Thursday is POSTPONED for the following requirements:

OPENING

PRE-BIDDING
  • Supply, Install, Dismantle and 4-way Haul of Ripples
  • Hotel Accommodation for CITEM Official RE: IFEX 2017

  • Supply, Install, Dismantle, and Haul of Manila Wear Setting
  • Hiring of Service Providers for Online Psychological Examination Services for Clerical, Technical, Supervisory, and Managerial Position for CY 2017
  • Supply, Installation of Aircon Units One (1) 5TR Floor Type and Two (2) 3TR Floor Type Inverter Air conditioner
  • Purchase, Install, Dismantle, and Haul of all Meeting Room Enhancements
  • Printing of 2000 sets of Generic Folder/Sales Kit with Insert
  • Rental, Install, Dismantle, and Haul of Pathway Connecting WTC Tent and PTTC RE: IFEX 2017
  • Fabrication of 2,790pcs Manila FAME Bags
 
  • Purchase of Office Utensils for the Office of the Executive Director
 
  • Purchase of White Board with Stand/Roller 4”x5” Back to Back
 
  • Purchase of 27” MAC with Retina Display (Desktop PC)
 
  • Hiring of Official and Venue Enhancements Contractor for Manila FAME April 2017
  

Sec. 29 paragraph 2 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184 states,

“In case the bids cannot be opened as scheduled due to justifiable reasons, the BAC shall take custody of the bids submitted and reschedule the opening of bids on the next working day or at the soonest possible time through the issuance of a Notice of Postponement to be posted in the PhilGEPS website and the website of the Procuring Entity concerned.”

The interested bidders are hereby requiring to submit the respective bids to thr CITEM BAC Secretariat to take custody of the bids.

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is set on 04 April 2017, Tuesday, same time as scheduled.

That this notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Sec. 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
