In view of the Seminar/Workshop on RA 9184 scheduled on Tuesday & Wednesday, 29-30 August 2017, 8:00am – 5:30am at HallOne, CITEM Bids and Awards Committee POSTPONED the schedule Opening of Bids and Pre Bidding for the following requirements:

Opening of Bids

  1. Purchase of 4 Unit Access Point
  2. Printing of 750 pcs CAEXPO 2017 Brochures
  3. Fabrication /Printing of 1000 pcs Bag for Manila FAME
  4. Repair and Replacement of Flooring at the Office of the Executive Director
  5. Hiring of Food Photography for Food Phils and IFEX 2018
  6. Hiring of Official and Venue Enchacement Contractor for Manila FAME Oct 2017
  7. Purchase of 1 unit Brand New Multi purpose Vehicle

Pre-Bidding

  1. Hiring of ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is set on 31 August 2017, 2:00pm.

That this notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Sec. 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
