·         HIRING OF DIGITAL AND MULTI-MEDIA COMMUNICATION EXPERT FOR CREATE PHILIPPINES

CITEM BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE recognizes the request for extension of the end-user to have ample time to look for prospective bidders.

The scheduled Opening of Bids on 19 January 2018 is POSTPONED for the said requirement.

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is set on 23 January 2018, 2:00PM.

That this notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Sec. 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
