SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTV SYSTEM AT THE GOLDEN SHELL PAVILION

CITEM BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE recognizes the request for deferment of Opening of Bids for the following reasons:

1. It was agreed within the attending contractors to have a site inspection on Monday, 18 September 2017,
2. Clarification on specifications for fair bidding.

The scheduled Opening of Bids on 19 September 2017 is POSTPONED for the said requirement:

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is set on 21 September 2017, 2:00pm.

That this notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Sec. 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
