CITEM BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE recognizes the request for extension of the Technical Working Group to conduct review of technical specifications to set the parameters for the qualitative evaluation.

The scheduled Opening of Bids on 13 February 2018 is POSTPONED for the said requirement:

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is set on 20 February 2018, 11:00AM.

That this notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Sec. 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
