In view of the suspension of Government Work on 12 September 2017 due to Typhoon Maring, CITEM Bids and Awards Committee POSTPONED the schedule Opening of Bids and Pre Bidding for the following requirements.

Opening of Bids

  1. Partner Hotel for Manila FAME October 2017
  2. Event Design and Production Outfit for Create Philippines C.H.A.T and Post Event
  3. Purchase of Office Supplies for One Quarter
  4. Purchase of IT Supplies for One Quarter

Pre-Bidding

  1. Rental with Purchase, Installation, Dismantling and 2 Way Hauling of The Last Mambabatok Structure.
  2. Rental with Purchase, Installation, Dismantling and 2 Way Hauling of Artisan Village (4 units).
  3. Supply and Installation of CCTV System at the Golden Shell Pavilion.
  4. Production Outfit for Manila FAME October 2017 Opening and Networking Reception.

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is set on 14 September 2017, and for the Opening of Pre-Bidding is set on 19 September 2017, 2:00pm

That this notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Sec. 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
