In view of the lack of quorum of the CITEM BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE due to the unavailability of the BAC Chairman and Vice Chairman who are on official travel and indisposed respectively, the scheduled Opening of Bids on 06 December 2016, Tuesday is POSTPONED for the following requirements:

  • Renewal of 112 License Microsoft Office 365 Plan E3 for One (1) Year

  • Hiring of Facilitator for In-House Training: Effective Communication Training Workshop Re: AOE 2016
  • Catering Services for CITEM Year End Recognition and Celebration
Re: AOE 2016
  • Hiring of Speaker/s for the Lighting Compliance Seminar
Re: Design Philippines 2016

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is set on 07 December 2016, Wednesday, 10:30am.

That this notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Sec. 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
