NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT

 

Due to the scheduled ManCom Mid-Year Pre-Planning Session and crafting of guidelines of the newly created BAC Composition, the scheduled Opening of Bids on 07 and 09 August 2018 for the following requirements are hereby POSTPONED. 

• Hiring of Design Director for Product Development for Manila Fame October 2018
• Repair and Replacement of Defective Parts for CITEM Generator
• Repair, Fabrication and Installation of CITEM Marquee
• Printing of 500 pcs. CAEXPO 2018 Brochures

• Hotel Accommodation of CITEM Staff and Officials for Manila Fame October 2018
• Hotel Accommodation of CITEM Staff and Officials for Create Philippines 2018
• Space Rental of Gulfood 2019 With Compulsory Fees (Enhanced Internet Listing, Registration, And Insurance)

The new schedule for Opening of Bids of these requirements is moved on 10 August 2018.

This notice of postponement is being issued in accordance with Section 29 of the IRR of R.A. 9184 and not for purposes of delay.
