The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

Mobile Applications for Manila FAME October 2014

on October 16-19, 2014 at SMX  Convention Center

           

1          EVENT DIRECTORY MOBILE APP      

            Features:     

            a. Position the Manila FAME brand image and icon;           

            b. Venue, date, maps of the venue and other important information about  the trade show such as floorplan and    

                 location of booths & maps   

            c. Exhibitor's Directory: name, contact information, booth location, and   company and product description;        

            d. Speakers, descriptions and schedules of the Design Talks;   

            e. Conference playlist with soundtrack and Youtube modules;  

            f. List of exhibitors, contact info, directory, product information and link         

            g. Feedback modules with the ability to change questions for the  surveys     

            h. Ability to exchange business cards and make connections                    

                (networking capabilities);       

            i. Many of these features above can be done offline (except for Youtube)  or even without the WIFi signal;   

            j. Add social media features such as Facebook or Twitter; Email is  integrated 

            k.. Push notifications or a space for announcements and sponsorships;       

             l. Adjustable/Modifiable clean layout, can upload  brand icon on the          

                 cover and   has privacy settings.        

1          DIGITAL PUBLISHING or NEWSSTAND MOBILE APP       

            It should carry several publications of multiple pages that can be   "flipped through" and can be enlarged through a

            flick of fingers.    

Approved Budget: Php 331,520.00

 Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.Deadline for submission of quotation will be on September 18, 2014, Thursday at 3:00pm at the same address.

Kindly submit your bid with a valid TAX Clearance issued by the Collection Enforcement Division of  Bureau of Internal Revenue (Quezon City main office) and Current Mayor’s/Business Permit.
