The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid of:

Hiring of Speaker for the Seminar-Workshop on Exhibition Management

Date: 24-25, 27-28 October 2014

(Friday-Saturday, Monday-Tuesday)

Proposed Venue: Meeting Room 1, SMX Convention Center

Total Approved Budget: Php 575,722.00

Eligibility requirements and Bid Forms may be obtained from the BAC Secretariat, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City, during pre-bid conference on September 25, 2014, Thursday at 2:30pm upon payment of non-refundable  Bidding Documents Fee of  Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) .

Submission of eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposals, and the opening of bids will be on October 06, 2014, Monday at 3:00pm at the same address.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and is restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, as specified in Republic Act 5183.
