INVITATION TO BID

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid for:

 

Fabrication, Delivery & Installation of Customized Metal

Racking System

 

3 setLong Span Racks 270 sq. meter H:3000mm, L:9000mm, W:3000mm        

          (2 level) @ 1500mm each)  

1 setSelective Racks 468 sq. meter H:3000mm, L:15600mm, W:3000mm        

          (2 level) @ 1500mm each)  

1 setCantilever Racks 189 sq.meter H:3000mm, L:10500mm, W:1800mm

          Material : High quality steel

          Finished : High quality powder coating finished     

          Feature : Corrosion protection      

          Weight Capacity : 800kg - 4000kg per level  

          Long Warranty   

                            

Scope of Work:  

          1. The supplier shall supply and install the items listed above 

          2. The supplier shall present samples of component materials prior

              to final fabrication for approval unless waive by an EDD

               representation but to guarantee the best output.       

          3. The supplier shall ensure the durability and quality of the items.

          4. The supplier shall install the items properly and in good condition.       

          5. The supplier shall complete delivery and installation of the items

               on January 30, 2015.      

          6. Delay of delivery and installation will call for deduction of 10% of

              the total cost.

 

Approved Budget: Php 500,000.00

Eligibility requirements and Bid Forms may be obtained from the BAC Secretariat, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City, during the pre-bid conference on 08 January 2015, Monday at 02:30pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of  Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00).

 

Submission of eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposals, and the opening of bids will be on 22 January 2015, Thursday at 03:00pm at the same address.

 

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and is restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, as specified in Republic Act 5183.

CITEM-BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formality or accept such bids as may be considered advantageous to the government.  Further, CITEM-BAC assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for expenses or losses that may be incurred in participating in this bidding.
