The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions through its Committee for Disposal would like to invite all interested bidders/buyers for UNSERVICEABLE/SCRAP  ITEMS on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis as follows:

Bids lower than the floor price shall be automatically rejected.

 

You may secure bid form from the General Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. Pasay City. Deadline of submission is on or before the opening of bids on December 05, Wednesday at 2:00 pm.

 

Bidders are required to post a bidder’s bond equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in the form of cash.

 

CITEM Disposal Committee requires all participating bidders to submit the following requirements:

            For Individual bidders:

  1. New Residence Certificate or any valid government issued identification card
  2. Income Tax Return for CY 2017 or BIR form 2316

 

For Company bidders:

  1. Department of Trade and Industry Business Name Registration CY 2018
  2. Mayor’s Permit where the office is located
  3. Income Tax Return CY 2017

The winning bidders are required to pull-out the items within (5) five working days upon payment of the total bid price.

 

The Center reserves the right to forfeit the bidder’s bond should the winning bidder refuses to accept the award and the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, waive any defect therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the Center.
