Bids lower than the floor price shall be automatically rejected.
You may secure bid form from the General Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. Pasay City. Deadline of submission is on or before the opening of bids on February 13, 2019, Wednesday at 2:00 pm.
Bidders are required to post a bidder’s bond equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in the form of cash.
CITEM Disposal Committee requires all participating bidders to submit the following requirements:
1. Department of Trade and Industry Business Name Registration CY 2018
2. Mayor’s Permit where the office is located
3. Income Tax Return CY 2017

The winning bidders are required to pull-out the items within (5) five working days upon payment of the total bid price.
The Center reserves the right to forfeit the bidder’s bond should the winning bidder refuses to accept the award and the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, waive any defect therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the Center.
