The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

“HIRING OF DIRECTOR FOR THEME DEVELOPMENT FOR THE

PHILIPPINE PARTICIPATION IN THE DUBAI EXPO 2020”

 

Approved Budget	:	PHP 980,000.00
Pre-Bid Conference	:	17 January 2019, 02:00PM
Deadline of Submission of Eligibility Documents, Financial Bid and Documentary Requirements for the Qualitative Evaluation	:	23 January 2019, 05:00PM
Live Presentation	:	24-25 January 2019
Opening of Bid	:	29 January 2019, 02:00PM

 

The Notice of Award shall only be issued to the lowest calculated bidder who has complied with the following documentary requirements below enclosed on a sealed and properly labeled envelope:

Eligibility Documents (1^st Envelope)

1. Mayor’s Permit for the current year or for individuals, BIR Certificate of Registration
2. Professional License / Curriculum Vitae (for individuals)
3. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)

 

PhilGEPS Certificate of Platinum Membership may be submitted in lieu of Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number.

 

4. Latest Income / Business Tax Return
5. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement with Secretary Certificate for corporation or Special Power of Attorney for single proprietorship, if necessary.

 

Financial Bid (2^nd Envelope)

• Quotation using the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) Form duly signed by the authorized representative.

 

Qualitative Evaluation Documents (3^th Envelope)

1. Company Profile or a curriculum vitae (for individuals) indicating the years of experience in creative direction and/or consultancy, architectural design services, exhibition curatorship, or equivalent that may be supported, but not limited to, SEC Registration or Articles of Incorporation or for individuals, professional license and certificates of professional accreditation/affiliation.
2. List of Experiences (related to creative direction and/or consultancy, architectural design services, exhibition curatorship, or equivalent) of Handling Local Projects with attached supporting documents such as but not limited to contracts, Job Order/s (JO/s), certificate of satisfactory services rendered / completion by the clients or published articles or books, etc.
3. List of Experiences (related to creative direction and/or consultancy, architectural design services, exhibition curatorship, or equivalent) of Handling Overseas Projects with attached supporting documents such as but not limited to contracts, certificate of satisfactory services rendered / completed, and published articles or books, etc.
4. List of Awards and Recognition for design and/or creative services undertaken
5. Five (5) copies of Theme Statement based on the template for self-build pavilions (provided by the Procuring Entity)
6. Five (5) copies of Concept Visualization Report of the theme statement developed in the form of a narrative report, context description, concept sketches, etc. in an A3 size paper and uploaded in a flash drive.

 

Kindly submit these documents to the BAC Secretariat, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City on the above stated time.

 

A payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) shall also be paid at the CITEM Cashier Office for the bidding documents.

 

CITEM-BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids disadvantageous to, waive any formality or accept such bids as may be considered advantageous to the government. Further, CITEM-BAC assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for expenses or losses that may be incurred in participating in this bidding.
