REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

“HIRING OF RESOURCE SPEAKER / LECTURER FOR THE

CITEM YEAR-END OPERATIONAL PLANNING 2018 ON 19-20 DECEMBER 2018”

 

Approved Budget	:	PHP 110,000.00
Deadline of Submission of Bid	:	12 December 2018, 05:00PM
Opening of Bid	:	13 December 2018, 02:00PM

 

The Notice of Award shall only be issued to the lowest calculated bidder who has complied with the following eligibility documents:

• · Mayor’s Permit for the current year or for individuals, BIR Certificate of Registration
• · Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)

PhilGEPS Certificate of Platinum Membership may be submitted in lieu of Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number. 

• · Original and Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement with Secretary Certificate for corporation or Special Power of Attorney for single proprietorship, if necessary.

• · Doctorate (PhD) Diploma in any field related to Performance and Scientific Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), Knowledge Management (KM), and the like.
• · List of experiences related to Performance Management and Balance Scorecard, Strategic Thinking, TQM, KM, Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) and similar activities.
• · List of conducted or facilitated Strategic and Operational Planning and Change Agenda, TQM, KM, RBME or other topics related to International Trade or Export related topics.
• · List of publications or written articles related to Strategic Thinking, Total Quality Management, Balance Scorecard and Performance Management, RBME or other related topics.

Quotations may be submitted to the BAC Secretariat, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City using the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) Form duly signed by the authorized representative.

A payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Pesos (Php 200.00) shall also be paid at the CITEM Cashier Office for the bidding documents.

CITEM-BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids disadvantageous to, waive any formality or accept such bids as may be considered advantageous to the government. Further, CITEM-BAC assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for expenses or losses that may be incurred in participating in this bidding.
