REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- TWO FAILED BIDDING)

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

HIRING OF OFFICIAL BOOTH AND VENUE ENHANCEMENTS CONTRACTOR RE: MFO 2018

Approved Budget: PHP 1,822,500.00

 

Quotations may be submitted to the BAC Secretariat, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City no later than 18 September 2018 at 11:00AM using the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) Form duly signed by the authorized representative.

The Notice of Award shall only be issued to the lowest calculated bidder who has complied with the following eligibility documents:

LEGAL

• PhilGEPS Registration Number
• Mayor’s Permit
• Sec Certificate and Articles of Incorporation
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
• Bid Securing Declaration
• Special Power of Attorney or Secretary Certificate

FINANCIAL

• Net Financial Capacity Computation (NFCC)
• Audited Financial Statement
• Valid Tax Clearance 

TECHNICAL

• List of Ongoing Projects
• Conformity to Technical Specifications
• Accreditation from World Trade Center

 

Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 11 September 2018 at 2:00PM.

 

A payment of non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Pesos (PHP2,000.00) shall also be paid at the CITEM Cashier Office for the bidding documents.

 

CITEM-BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids disadvantageous to, waive any formality or accept such bids as may be considered advantageous to the government. Further, CITEM-BAC assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for expenses or losses that may be incurred in participating in this bidding.
