REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

RENTAL, INSTALLATION, DISMANTLING AND 2-WAY HAULING OF SCAFFOLDING SIGNAGE RE. MFA 2018

Approved Budget: PHP 90,000.00

Quotations may be submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.

Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 15 March 2018 at 02:00 PM.

Deadline for submission of quotation, together with the following documents as required under the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184 should be on or before 20 March 2018 at 11:00 AM at the same address:

• Mayor’s Permit for 2018
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
