The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

HIRING OF CATERER FOR 80 PAX RE. MFA
EXHIBITOR BRIEFING AT WORLD TRADE CENTER ON
03 APRIL 2018

Approved Budget: PHP 65,000.00

Quotations may be submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.

Deadline for submission of quotation, together with the following documents as required under the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184 should be on or before 15 March 2018 at 11:00 AM at the same address:

• Mayor’s Permit for 2018
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
