The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

PURCHASE OF 2 PAX ROUNDTRIP PLANE TICKET
(MNL-DUBAI-MNL) 23 MAR 2018 – 01 APR 2018
RE. INDEX DUBAI 2018

Approved Budget: PHP 104,000.00

Quotations may be submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Pesos (PHP200.00) for the bidding documents.

Deadline for submission of quotation, together with the following documents as required under the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184 should be on or before 06 March 2018 at 11:00am at the same address:

• Mayor’s Permit for 2018
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
