REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

 

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR MANILA FAME APRIL 2018 HOSTED BUYERS, GUESTS AND JOURNALISTS

(18-21 APRIL 2018)

 

Approved Budget: PHP 800,000.00

 

Quotations may be submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.

Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 30 January 2018 at 02:00pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00) for the bidding documents.

Deadline for submission of quotation, together with the following documents as required under the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184, should be on or before 01 February 2018 at 11:00am:

• Mayor’s Permit for 2018
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement
