REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

HIRING OF DIGITAL AND MULTI-MEDIA COMMUNICATION EXPERT FOR CREATE PHILIPPINES

Approved Budget: PHP 900,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay during the pre-bid conference on 04 January 2018 at 02:00pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Thousand Pesos (PHP1,000.00) for the bidding documents.

Deadline for submission of quotation together with the following documents as required under the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184 should be on or before 09 January 2018 at 11:00am at the same address:

• Mayor’s Permit
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
