The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

RENTAL, PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, DISMANTLING AND 2 WAY HAULING OF ARTISAN VILLAGE (4 UNITS)

Approved Budget: PHP 491,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City during the pre-bid conference on 12 September 2017 at 02:00pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Pesos (PHP200.00) for the bidding documents.

Deadline for submission of quotation together with the following documents as required under Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184 should be on 14 September 2017 at 11:00am at the same address:

• Mayor’s Permit
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR or Valid Tax Clearance
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
