The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

PURCHASE OF AIRFARE FOR ARTURO CRUZ DIMAANO MANILA – PARIS – MANILA ON 05-13 SEPTEMBER 2017

Approved Budget: PHP 90,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.

Deadline for submission of quotation together with the following documents as required under Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184 should be on 31 August 2017 at 11:00am at the same address:

• Mayor’s Permit
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income /Business Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR or Valid Tax Clearance
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
