REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

HIRING OF OFFICIAL SIGNAGE CONTRACTOR FOR CREATE PHILIPPINES OCTOBER 2017 EDITION

Approved Budget: PHP 500,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Peso (PHP200.00) for the bidding documents.

Deadline for submission of quotation will be on 15 August 2017 at 11:00am at the same address.

Kindly submit your bid together with the following documents as required under the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) Annex H Appendix A of RA 9184:

• Mayor’s Permit
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number (evidenced by a certificate or screen shot)
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Omnibus Sworn Statement

Required documents must be submitted within 3 Days after receipt of notice as the lowest bidder.
