REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT)

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

HIRING OF CONSECUTIVE INTERPRETERS (3 JAPANESE, 1 KOREAN, AND 1 CHINESE – MANDARIN) FOR MANILA FAME OCTOBER 2017

Approved Budget: PHP 150,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Peso (PHP200.00) for the bidding documents.

Deadline for submission of quotation will be on 11 July 2017, Tuesday at 11:00am at the same address.

Kindly submit your bid together with the following as per Annex H Appendix A of  RA 9184:

• Mayor’s Permit
• Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
